Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

STV Group plc today announces that Lindsay Dixon will join the Board as Chief Financial Officer in Q2 of 2019. 

This appointment is made following the announcement in October 2018 of George Watt's intention to step down from his role as Chief Financial Officer in 2019.

A Chartered Accountant with extensive commercial experience gained across a range of sectors covering the FTSE 100, 250 and large private companies, Lindsay Dixon will join from William Grant & Sons Limited where she holds the role of Group Financial Controller. 

Prior to this, she was Group Financial Controller of The Weir Group plc. In addition to her core financial responsibilities she has extensive M&A, investor relations and international experience. In her early stage career after qualifying at Deloitte, she held senior finance roles with Johnston Press Plc.
