STV Group plc (the "Company") wishes to confirm to shareholders that the date for its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), previously scheduled for 21 April 2020, is now expected to take place on 28 May 2020. The 2019 Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders in due course.
In light of current government guidance on restrictions of movement and social distancing, the Board has decided that shareholders should not attend the AGM in person. The Board will continue to review the situation over the coming weeks and will provide further updates in due course.
