Report7/2023 An increase in the share capital of the Company within theauthorized capital

TheManagement Board of STS HOLDING S.A. with its registered office inKatowice (hereinafter also: "Company") informs that the Company becameaware of the registration made on May 17, 2023 - by the District Courtfor Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division - of anincrease in the share capital of the Company within the authorizedcapital, as a result of the acquisition by eligible persons of 191.00(say: one hundred ninety one thousand) series D ordinary bearer shares.

TheCompany informed about the aforementioned acquisition of shares and theshare capital increase in the current report 4/2023. The share capitalincrease that is the subject of the disclosure in the National CourtRegister - Register of Entrepreneurs took place as part of theconditional share capital increase, based on the authorization containedin Resolution No. 6 of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting ofOctober 21, 2021 and Art. 6A of the Company's Articles of Association.

Theshare capital of the Company - in connection with the disclosed change -currently amounts to PLN 156.725.958,00 and is divided into:

1)_#160;_#160;_#160;100.000 (one hundred thousand) series A shares numbered from A000.001to A100.000, with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (one Polish zloty) each.The issue price of one series A share is equal to the nominal value andamounts to PLN 1.00 (one Polish zloty),

2)_#160;_#160;_#160;156.149.998 (one hundred fifty six million one hundred forty ninethousand nine hundred ninety eight) of series B shares numbered fromB000.000.001 to B156.149.998, with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (onePolish zloty) each. The issue price of one series B share is PLN19.1767091322446,

3)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;140.000(one hundred and forty thousand) series C shares numbered fromC.000.000.001 to C.000.140.000, with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 (onePolish zloty) each. The issue price of one series C share is equal tothe nominal value and it amounts to PLN 1.00 (one Polish zloty).

4)_#160;_#160;_#160;335_#160;960 (three hundred and thirty five thousand nine hundred andsixty) series D shares, numbered from 000 001 to 335 960, with a nominalvalue of PLN 1.00 (one Polish zloty) each. The issue price of one seriesD share is equal to the nominal value and it amounts to PLN 1.00 (onePolish zloty),_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;

Thetotal number of votes resulting from all issued shares of the Company is156.725.958 votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
