Report 15/2023 Admission and introduction of STS Holding S.A.'s sharesto stock exchange trading

The Management Board of STS Holding S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby reportsthat it received Resolution No. 530/2023 adopted by the Management Boardof the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w WarszawieS.A.; the "WSE") on June 7, 2023, concerning the admission andintroduction of the Issuer's ordinary series D bearer shares to stockexchange trading on the WSE primary market (the "Resolution"). In theResolution, the WSE Management Board stated that, pursuant to § 19.1 and§ 19.2 of the WSE Rules, 191,000 (one hundred ninety one thousand)ordinary series D bearer shares of the Issuer, with the nominal value ofPLN 1.00 each, are admitted to stock exchange trading on the primarymarket.

Based on the Resolution, the WSE Management Board resolved to introduceto stock exchange trading on the main floor of the WSE theabovementioned series D shares of the Issuer as of June 12, 2023,subject to their registration by the National Depository for Securities(Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under the code"PLSTSHL00012" (the "Shares"). The Shares will be quoted in thecontinuous quotation system under the abbreviated name of "STSHOLDING"and under the designation of "STH."

The Issuer indicates that the Shares constitute approximately 0.12% ofthe Company's share capital and were issued on the basis of ResolutionNo. 3 of the Management Board of the Issuer dated March 30, 2023 on theissue of series D shares. The Shares were acquired by the Issuer's keymanagers under the Issuer's incentive plan.
