TheManagement Board of STS Holding S.A. (the "Issuer") herebyreports that it received Resolution No. 648/2022 adopted by theManagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda PapierówWartościowych w Warszawie S.A.; the "WSE") on June28, 2022,concerningthe admission and introduction of the Issuer's ordinary series D bearershares to stock exchange trading on the WSEprimarymarket (the "Resolution").Inthe Resolution, the WSE Management Board stated that, pursuant to § 19.1and § 19.2 of the WSE Rules, 144,960 (one hundred forty-four thousandnine hundred sixty) ordinary series D bearer shares of the Issuer, withthe nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, are admitted to stock exchangetrading on the primary market.

Basedon the Resolution, the WSE Management Board resolved to introduce tostock exchange trading on the main floor of the WSE the abovementionedseries D shares of the Issuer as of_#160;June30, 2022, subject to their registration by the National Depository forSecurities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.)under the code "PLSTSHL00012" (the "Shares").The Shares will be quoted in the continuous quotation system under theabbreviated name of "STSHOLDING" and under the designation of "STH."

The Issuer indicates that theShares constitute approximately 0.1% of the Company's share capital.They were issued on the basis of Resolution No. 3 of the ManagementBoard of the Issuer dated May 5, 2022 on the issue of series D shares.They were acquired by the Issuer's key managers under the Issuer'sincentive plan.
