(the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 13 June 2023 it receivedfrom the Company's shareholders - MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna worganizacji and Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna worganizacji - acting pursuant to Article 401 § 4 of the Code ofCommercial Companies a notification of a draft resolution concerningitem 11 of the agenda (Adoption of a resolution on dividend payment anddistribution of the Company's profit) of the General Meeting convenedfor 28 June 2023.
