The Notifying Parties, duly represented by the undersigned, pursuant to: (i) Article 69 section 1 point 2 of the act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and on public companies (the "Act on Public Offering"); (ii) Article 69 section 2 point 1 letter a) and (iii) Article 69a section 1 point 3 of the Act on Public Offering, hereby notify you that as a result of the settlement of the tender offer for 156,725,958 ordinary bearer shares in the Company, entitling in aggregate to 100% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company, announced on 7 July 2023 by Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd. with its registered seat in Gzira, Malta ("Entain CEE")

Dear Sirs, Szanowni Państwo,

Zawiadamiający, niżej podpisani i prawidłowo reprezentowani, działając na podstawie (i) art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych ("Ustawa o Ofercie"), (ii) art. 69 ust. 2 pkt 1 lit. a) oraz (iii) art. 69a ust. 1 pkt 3 Ustawy o Ofercie, niniejszym zawiadamiają, że w wyniku rozliczenia wezwania do zapisywania się na sprzedaż 156.725.958 akcji zwykłych na okaziciela Spółki, uprawniających łącznie do 100% ogólnej liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, ogłoszonego w dniu 7 lipca 2023 r. przez Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd. z siedzibą w Gzira, Malta ("Entain CEE")

took place: doszło do:

(i) direct disposal by Fundacja MJ on 21 August 2023 of 48,382,769 shares in the share capital of the Company, carrying the right to 48,382,769 votes at the general meeting of the Company (the "MJ Shares") being recorded in the securities account of the Fundacja MJ,

(ii) direct disposal by Fundacja ZJ on 21 August 2023 61,236,707 shares in the share capital of the Company, carrying the right to 61,236,707 votes at the general meeting of the Company (the "ZJ Shares") being recorded in the securities account of the Fundacja ZJ,

and, as the effect of the Transaction, the number of votes at the Company's general meeting directly held by the Fundacja MJ and Fundacja ZJ has changed.

As a consequence of the Transaction: W rezultacie Transakcji:

• (i) the Fundacja MJ does not currently directly hold any shares in the Company,
• (ii) the Fundacja ZJ does not currently directly hold any shares in the Company.
• 1. Date and type of event resulting in the change in the shareholding to which this notification relates

As a result of the Transaction and: W następstwie Transakcji oraz:

• (i) as a consequence of settlement on 24 August 2023 of the disposal by the Fundacja MJ of 48,382,769 shares in the share capital of the Company carrying the right to 48,382,769 votes at the general meeting of the Company in the Fundacja MJ's securities accounts, the Fundacja MJ transferred the ownership of the 48,382,769 MJ Shares to Entain CEE,

• (ii) as a consequence of settlement on 24 August 2023 of the disposal by the Fundacja ZJ of 61,236,707 shares in the share capital of the Company carrying the right to 61,236,707 votes at the general meeting of the Company in the Fundacja ZJ's securities accounts, the Fundacja ZJ transferred the ownership of the 61,236,707 ZJ Shares to Entain CEE.

• (i) bezpośredniego zbycia przez Fundację MJ w dniu 21 sierpnia 2023 roku 48.382.769 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki, które uprawniały do 48.382.769 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki ("Akcje MJ") zapisanych na rachunku Fundacji MJ,

• (i) bezpośredniego zbycia przez Fundację ZJ w dniu 21 sierpnia 2023 roku 61.236.707 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki, które uprawniały do 61.236.707 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki ("Akcje ZJ") zapisanych na rachunku Fundacji ZJ,

a w efekcie Transakcji doszło do zmiany liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki jakimi bezpośrednio dysponuje Fundacja MJ oraz Fundacja ZJ.

• (i) Fundacja MJ nie posiada obecnie bezpośrednio jakichkolwiek akcji Spółki,
• (ii) Fundacja ZJ nie posiada obecnie bezpośrednio jakichkolwiek akcji Spółki.

1. Data i rodzaj zdarzenia powodującego zmianę udziału, której dotyczy zawiadomienie

• (i) w konsekwencji rozliczenia na rachunku Fundacji MJ w dniu 24 sierpnia 2023 roku sprzedaży 48.382.769 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki uprawniających do 48.382.769 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, Fundacja MJ przeniosła własność 48.382.769 Akcji MJ na Entain CEE,
• (ii) w konsekwencji rozliczenia na rachunku Fundacji ZJ w dniu 24 sierpnia 2023 roku sprzedaży 61.236.707 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki uprawniających do 61.236.707 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, Fundacja MJ przeniosła własność 61.236.707 Akcji ZJ na Entain CEE.

2. Number of shares held prior to the change of the shareholding and the percentage share in the share capital of the Company, as well as the number of votes attached to such shares and their percentage share in the overall number of votes

Prior to the Transaction: Przed Transakcją:

• (i) the Fundacja MJ held 48,382,769 shares in the share capital of the Company carrying the right to 48,382,769 votes at the general meeting of the Company, representing approximately 30.87% of the entire share capital of the Company and approximately 30.87% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company, and
• (ii) the Fundacja ZJ held 61,236,707 shares in the share capital of the Company carrying the right to 61,236,707 votes at the general meeting of the Company, representing approximately 39.07% of the entire share capital of the Company and approximately 39.07% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company.
• 3. The number of currently held shares and their percentage share in the share capital of the Company and the number of votes attached to such shares and their percentage share in the overall number of votes

As a consequence of the Transaction W efekcie Transakcji:

• (i) the Fundacja MJ which is controlled by Mateusz Juroszek does not currently directly hold any shares in the Company,
• (ii) the Fundacja ZJ which is controlled by Zbigniew Juroszek does not currently directly hold any shares in the Company,
• (iii) Mateusz Juroszek and Zbigniew Juroszek, as a parties which were acting in concert in accordance with the Article 87 section 1 point 5 of the Act on Public Offering, do not currently directly hold any shares in the Company.

2. Liczba akcji posiadanych przed zmianą udziału i ich procentowym udziale w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz o liczba głosów z tych akcji i ich procentowym udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów

• (i) Fundacja MJ posiadała 48.382.769 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki uprawniających do 48.382.769 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, stanowiących około 30,87% całego kapitału zakładowego Spółki oraz około 30,87% ogólnej liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, oraz
• (ii) Fundacja ZJ posiadała 61.236.707 akcji w kapitale zakładowym Spółki uprawniających do 61.236.707 głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki, stanowiących około 39,07% całego kapitału zakładowego Spółki oraz około 39,07% ogólnej liczby głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu Spółki.

• 3. Liczba aktualnie posiadanych akcji i ich procentowy udział w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz liczba głosów z tych akcji i ich procentowym udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów

• (i) Fundacja MJ kontrolowana przez Mateusza Juroszka nie posiada obecnie bezpośrednio jakichkolwiek akcji Spółki,

• (ii) Fundacja ZJ kontrolowana przez Zbigniewa Juroszka nie posiada obecnie bezpośrednio jakichkolwiek akcji Spółki,
• (iii) Mateusz Juroszek oraz Zbigniew Juroszek, jako strony, które działały w porozumieniu w rozumieniu art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 5 Ustawy o Ofercie Publicznej, nie posiadają obecnie bezpośrednio jakichkolwiek akcji Spółki.

4. Subsidiaries of the Notifying Parties that hold shares in the Company

Fundacja MJ is controlled by Mateusz Juroszek. Fundacja ZJ is controlled by Zbigniew Juroszek. There are no subsidiaries of Fundacja MJ or Fundacja ZJ that hold shares in the Company.

5. Persons referred to in Article 87 section 1 point 3 (c) of the Act on Public Offering

No persons referred to in Article 87 section 1 point 3 (c) of the Act on Public Offering exist.

6. The number of votes attached to the shares, calculated in the manner specified in Article 69b section 2 of the Act on Public Offering, which the Notifying Parties are authorised or required to acquire as the holders of the financial instruments referred to in Article 69b section 1 point 1 of the Act on Public Offering and the financial instruments referred to in Article 69b section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, and which are not exercised exclusively by way of a cash settlement, the type or name of such financial instruments, the date of expiry thereof and the date or other deadline within which the shares may or will be acquired

Number of votes attached to the shares, calculated in the manner specified in Article 69b section 3 of the Act on Public Offering, to which the financial instruments referred to in Article 69b section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering relate, directly or indirectly, the type or name of such financial instruments and the date of expiry of such financial instruments

8. The sum of the number of votes indicated in items 3, 6 and 7 above, and the percentage share thereof in the overall number of votes

4. Podmioty zależne Zawiadamiających posiadające akcje Spółki

Fundacja MJ jest kontrolowana przez Mateusza Juroszka. Fundacja ZJ jest kontrolowana przez Zbigniewa Juroszka. Nie istnieją podmioty zależne Fundacji MJ lub Fundacji ZJ posiadające akcje Spółki.

5. Osoby, o których mowa w art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 3 lit. c Ustawy o Ofercie

Nie istnieją osoby, o których mowa w art. 87 ust. 1 pkt 3 Lit. c Ustawy o Ofercie.

6. Liczba głosów z akcji, obliczona w sposób określony w art. 69b ust. 2 Ustawy o Ofercie, do których nabycia Zawiadamiający są uprawnieni lub zobowiązani jako posiadacze instrumentów finansowych, o których mowa w art. 69b ust. 1 pkt 1 Ustawy o Ofercie, oraz instrumentów finansowych, o których mowa w art. 69b ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy o Ofercie, które nie są wykonywane wyłącznie przez rozliczenie pieniężne, rodzaj lub nazwa tych instrumentów finansowych, data ich wygaśnięcia oraz data lub termin, w którym nastąpi lub może nastąpić nabycie akcji

7. Liczba głosów z akcji, obliczona w sposób określony w art. 69b ust. 3 Ustawy o Ofercie, do których w sposób pośredni lub bezpośredni odnoszą się instrumenty finansowe, o których mowa w art. 69b ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy o Ofercie, rodzaj lub nazwa tych instrumentów finansowych oraz data wygaśnięcia tych instrumentów finansowych

8. Łączna suma liczby głosów wskazanych na podstawie pkt 3, 6 i 7 powyżej i jej procentowy udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów
