(the "Company")informs that on 10.10.2023 it has received notification dated 10.10.2023of transaction relating to the Company's financial instruments from aperson closely associated to a person discharging managerialresponsibilities, i.e. Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd., a person closelyassociated to Mr. Mateusz Juroszek, the President of the ManagementBoard of the Company, who is also a member of the board of directors ofEntain Holdings (CEE) Ltd.
