ThePolish Financial Supervision Authority's approval of the withdrawal ofSTS Holding S.A. shares from trading on the regulated market

TheManagement Board of STS Holding S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;), withreference to current report no. 33/2023 of 12 October 2023, herebyinforms that in accordance with the announcement on decisions taken bythe Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 26 January 2024, publishedon the same day on the website of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority, the Company has learned that today the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority authorized the withdrawal of the Company's shares(ISIN PLSTSHL00012) from trading on the regulated market operated by theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the _quot;WSE_quot;) as of 7 February 2024.

Immediatelyafter the delivery of the aforementioned decision, the Company will filean application to delist the shares from trading on the regulated marketoperated by the WSE and an application to withdraw the Company's sharesfrom the depository maintained by the National Securities Depository.
