Submissionof an application for delisting of STS HOLDING S.A.'s shares fromtrading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

TheManagement Board of STS HOLDING S.A. (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informs thaton 12 October 2023, an application was submitted to the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority for permission to delist the shares of STS HOLDINGS.A. from trading on the regulated market.

Theapplication was submitted in order to implement Resolution no. 3 of theExtraordinary General Meeting of STS HOLDING S.A. of 11 October 2023 onthe delisting of the Company's shares (ISIN PLSTSHL00012) from tradingon the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
