(the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announcesthe shareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of the Company held on 11 October 2023 (the _quot;EGM_quot;),specifying the number of votes attached to the shares held andindicating their percentage share in the number of votes at the EGM andin the total number of votes:

-Entain Holdings (CEE) Ltd. holding 156,725,958 ordinary bearer shares,giving the right to 156,725,958 votes at the EGM and constituting 100%of votes participating in the EGM and 100% of the total number of votes.
