Information onthe end of the period of stabilization of the STS Holding S.A. shareslisted on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

STSHolding S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby reports that, on January10, 2022, it received a notification from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SEGoldman Sachs Europe SE, acting as stabilization manager, that thestabilization period of the price of the Issuer's shares listed on theregulated market run by the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE")ended on January 9, 2022. Stabilization actions were carried outpursuant to the Issuer's prospectus approved by the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) on November23, 2021.

Thestabilization period was from December 10, 2021, to January 9, 2022.

Accordingly,no further stabilization efforts will be undertaken with respect to theIssuer's shares.
