ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS

On February 25, 2020, Stryker Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Lisa Skeete Tatum has been nominated for election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held on May 5, 2020. With her successful election, the total size of the Company’s Board will continue to be ten members. A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Skeete Tatum’s nomination is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
