StrongPoint ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Evaldas Budvilaitis, SVP StrongPoint Technology, has today acquired all shares

in UAB NV Invest from the miniority shareholders. After this transaction,

Evaldas Budvilaitis controls 100 % of UAB NV Invest. The settlement was done in

StrongPoint shares. UAB NV Invest therefore transferred 147 148 StrongPoint

shares to the minority shareholders of UAB NV Invest, in exchange for their UAB

NV Invest shares.

After this internal transaction Evaldas Budvilaitis owns 408 561 shares in

StrongPoint ASA through his fully owned company, UAB NV Invest.

The transaction was done outside Oslo Børs, at a price of NOK 15,00 per share.
