2 June 2022. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by StrongPoint ASA (ticker: STRO) on June 1, 2022, regarding the share capital increase in relation to the acquisition of Air Link Group Limited. As a result of the increase in the number of issued shares in StrongPoint ASA from 44,376,040 to 44,888,352, Sole Active AS (SAAS) ownership in StrongPoint has decreased from 5.01% to 4.95% of issued shares. SAAS’ shareholding in StrongPoint remains unchanged at 2,221,717 shares.
