StrongPoint announces closing of investment of Air Link Group Limited

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 20th May 2022 regarding the

acquisition of Air Link Group Limited with subsidiaries. The transaction is now

successfully closed and Air Link Group will be consolidated in StrongPoints

financial figures from June 1 2022.
