PSI Group ASA: Second quarter 2015 result

HIGHLIGHTS SECOND QUARTER

Record high operating revenue in the second quarter. 12 month rolling operating

revenue has, for the first time, passed 1 billion.

Operating revenue was MNOK 305.1 (196.8) + 55.0 per cent. Organic growth in the

quarter was 43.1 per cent.

EBITDA was MNOK 28.5 (10.1) + 183.5 per cent.

Cash flow from operational activities was MNOK 18.1 (- 3.5).

CashGuard number 25 000 was installed at La Hora del Vermut in Madrid, Spain.
