StrongPoint ASAs Board of Directors call for the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will we held at 09.00 hrs CET on 28 April 2022.

Due to the pandemic, the Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General

Meeting for StrongPoint ASA will be held only on a digital platform (webcast).

Votes needs to be submitted to the company in advance to be registered. The

deadline for prior voting is 16:00 CET on April 26. The voting procedures is

described in the attached Notice of the Annual General Meeting.

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed and can be found on the

company's website, together with relevant documents.
