Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made earlier today, Strix Group Plc (AIM:KETL), the global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration, confirms that the Circular, providing details of the Disposal and seeking shareholder approval for the Resolution, has been posted to shareholders.

The Circular contains a Notice of General Meeting to be held at the offices of the Company at Forrest House, Ronaldsway, Isle of Man, IM9 2RG at 10.00 a.m. on 8 January 2026.
