Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of String Metaverse Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Monday 25th May 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:

1. The Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, along with the Statutory Auditor’s Report thereon in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015;
2. Any other business item with the permission of the Chair.

Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons from 01st April, 2026, and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
