I, Arvind Jadhav, hereby tender my resignation as an Independent Director of String Metaverse Limited, with effect from the close of business hours of this Tuesday 02nd June, 2026 due to personal & professional obligations.

I also hereby resign from all the Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company of which I am a member/chairperson, with effect from the aforesaid date.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Board of Directors and the entire management team for the support extended to me during my tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
