Successful Completion of Capital Raising

The Directors are pleased to advise that Strike Resources Limited (SRK) has successfully completed its $1.5 million capital raising under a prospectus issue which closed on 3 February 2006.

SRK is now in the process of seeking re-admission to quotation on ASX, which the Directors anticipate will occur early next week.

SRK will confirm its re-listing date upon receipt of confirmation from ASX.
