MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Allotment and Issue of Options

The Company is pleased to advise that it has allotted and issued 23,735,163 options, each to acquire one fully paid ordinary share in the Company at an exercise price of 20 cents with each such option expiring at 5:00pm (Perth time) on 30 June 2008, pursuant to applications received under a non-renounceable one for two rights issue Prospectus dated 20 March 2006 which closed on 18 April 2006.

The issue has raised approximately $237,325 (before expenses).

Deferred settlement trading in such options will end on 26 April 2006 when holding statements will also be despatched to option holders.

These options have traded under ASX Code: SRKO.

The Company will release details of option holder spread and Top 20 option holders when such information becomes available from its share registry.
