MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Change of Record Date for Share Purchase Plan

The Company refers to its market announcement dated 24 October 2006 concerning a $5 million Share Purchase Plan (SPP) at an issue price of $1.30 per share.

As a consequence of the original record date (7 November 2006) being a non-settlement day on ASX, the Company has extended the SPP record date to Wednesday, 8 November 2006.

The SPP documentation will be dispatched to eligible shareholders on 9 November 2006.
