RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
As previously foreshadowed[1] , Strike Resources Limited confirms that Non-Executive Director, Ms Samantha Tough, has retired at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30 November 2015.
Ms Tough was appointed to the Board in January 2012 and is retiring to focus on her other nonexecutive director roles.
The Board acknowledges Ms Tough’s valuable contributions to Strike across a range of strategic and corporate matters and thanks Ms Tough for her services to the Board and Company and wishes her all the best for her future endeavours.
