CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Strike Resources Limited (ASX Code: SRK) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr David Palumbo in the role of Company Secretary for the Company, following the resignation of Mrs Amanda Wilton-Heald.
Mr Palumbo has been involved in the listing of junior explorer companies on the ASX and has experience in corporate advisory and company secretarial services. Mr Palumbo is currently Company Secretary of Krakatoa Resources Limited, Rumble Resources Limited and Western Mining Network Limited. Mr Palumbo is a Corporate Compliance & Accounting Manager at Mining Corporate.

About Strike Resources
Strike Resources is an ASX listed iron ore project developer, focused on the high grade Apurimac magnetite project in Peru.
Apurimac is 100% owned by Strike and has the potential to support the establishment of a 1520 Mtpa iron ore operation, based on some of the highest magnetite grades in the world.
In the near term, Strike intends to expand the resource base at Apurimac significantly.
