Change of Auditors

Strike Resources Limited (ASX:SRK) announces that Rothsay Audit & Assurance Pty Ltd have been appointed the Company’s Auditor with effect from today, 9 August 2022.

This appointment follows the resignation of the firm of ‘Rothsay Auditing’ as the Company’s Auditor and receipt of ASIC’s consent to that resignation.

Rothsay Audit & Assurance Pty Ltd will hold office as Auditor until the next annual general meeting of the Company, at which time shareholder approval will be sought for their re-appointment and continuation as Auditor.

Rothsay Audit & Assurance Pty Ltd has offices in Perth and Sydney.
