EAGLE FORD SHALE UPDATE

Strike Energy is pleased to advise that the Bigham 1H production test well is drilling ahead at 11,478 feet (3,498 metres) as at 1 July 2012. The well is being drilled to a total vertical depth of 12,200 feet (~3,700 metres) prior to drilling a 5,000 foot (~1,500 metre) horizontal section.

Production results from the Bigham 1H well will be an important milestone in the confirmation of the productivity and value of the Eagle Ford Shale within Strike’s lease area.
