Addition to Strike’s Executive Team
Strike Energy Limited (Strike - ASX: STX) is pleased to announce the appointment of its Chief Development Officer, Mr. Crispin Collier.
Mr. Collier will assume the role within Strike’s newly formed development company that has current carriage of the Project Haber fertiliser development, the Mid-West Geothermal project and Strike’s other downstream business development activities.
Due to Mr. Colliers long involvement as a producer, buyer and user of industrial energy in WA, he will also take on the Company’s gas marketing and sales activities.
Mr. Collier brings 20 years of experience from the energy and resources industry, working for some of the biggest and lowest cost producers of their key commodities in the region. This experience includes time with both BHP and Fortescue Metals Group and more recently for Wesfarmers in both their Corporate Business Development and also Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers divisions. Mr. Collier has held senior executive and operational roles throughout his tenure at his previous employers and has a demonstrable track record of deal making and project delivery.
Strike will also greatly benefit from Mr. Colliers time as an active Board member of Quadrant Energy prior to its acquisition by Santos whilst Quadrant was WA’s largest domestic gas supplier.
Mr. Collier will commence his role at Strike from mid-August 2021.

The Mr. Collier will join the Company’s executive leadership team and as such will be eligible for both an STIP and LTIP commensurate with the remuneration policies of the Company.
