Sub: Allotment of shares

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today have allotted the following:

• 1) 34,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under Strides ESOP 2016 Plan; and;

• 2) 1,50,830 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Karuna Business Solutions LLP (Warrant Holder), upon conversion of equivalent number of warrants to equity shares

These shares shall rank in pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to above, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,80,37,140/consisting of 8,98,03,714 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 89,98,85,440/- consisting of 8,99,88,544 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
