Sub: Allotment of shares under Strides ESOP 2016 Plan

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today have allotted 20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to an eligible ex-employee who has exercised his stock options as per the terms of Strides ESOP 2016 Plan. These shares shall rank in pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to the above, paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 89,66,09,640/consisting of 8,96,60,964 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 89,68,09,640 consisting of 8,96,80,964 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
