Sub: Grant of Options under Strides Employee Stock Option Plan 2016

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., September 20, 2019 has granted 50,000 stock options to eligible employees of the Company under the Strides Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 at Rs. 269.70 per option (exercise price). The shares covered by such options are 50,000 equity shares.

The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of 3 years. The options may be exercised within a period of 12 months from the date of vesting (exercisable in not more than two tranches).
