Sub: Allotment of shares under Strides ESOP 2016 Plan

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., October 25, 2019 have allotted 3,350 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees who have exercised their stock options under Strides ESOP 2016 Plan. These shares shall rank in pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Rs. 89,55,28,260/- divided into 8,95,52,826 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
