The said application is for seeking approval of Stock Exchanges for reclassification of Shasun Enterprises LLP and Ambemata Securities (collectively referred as “Outgoing Promoters”) from the ‘Promoter/Promoter Group’ to ‘Public’ category, under Regulation 31A of SEBI Listing Regulations.
