Sub: Update on Scheme of Amalgamation of Strides Alathur Private Limited (formerly known as Vivimed Life Sciences Private Limited) into the Company.

This has reference to our update of August 14, 2024, intimating approval of the Scheme by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT) vide their Order dated on August 13, 2024.

We wish to further inform you that Strides Alathur and Strides Pharma Science have completed filing of certified copies of the NCLT Order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Consequently, the Scheme has become effective September 12, 2024 with an Appointed Date of April 1, 2023.

Pursuant to Scheme becoming effective:

• 1) Strides Alathur Private Limited stands dissolved without winding up; &

• 2) Authorized Share Capital of Strides Pharma Science Limited increases from Rs. 1,88,37,00,000/constituting 18,83,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 2,18,37,00,000/- constituting 21,83,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
