Sub: Grant of Options under Strides Shasun ESOP 2016
Pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e., July 29, 2019 has granted 25,000 stock options to an eligible employee of the Company under the Strides Shasun ESOP 2016 Scheme at Rs. 265.20 per option (exercise price). The shares covered by such options are 25,000 equity shares.
The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of 3 years. The options may be exercised within a period of 60 days from the date of vesting.
