We wish to inform you that Strides Pharma Global Pte. Limited, Singapore, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a company in New Zealand in the name of “Strides Pharma New Zealand Pty Limited” on July 26, 2024.

Strides New Zealand shall hold market authorizations for the products in New Zealand and shall also undertake trading in pharmaceutical products.

Requisite disclosures in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure.

Incorporation of Step down Wholly owned Subsidiary in New Zealand

1.	Name of the target entity, details in brief such as size, turnover, etc.	Strides Pharma New Zealand Pty Limited (Strides New Zealand), Step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is incorporated as per the laws of New Zealand on July 26, 2024 with company registration number: NZBN: 9429052241956. Strides New Zealandshall hold market authorizations for the products in New Zealand and shall also undertake trading in pharmaceutical products. Strides New Zealand is yet to commence business.
2.	Whether the acquisition would fall within related party transaction(s) and whether the promoter/ promoter group / group companies have any interest in the entity being acquired? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof and whether the same is done at "arm's length".	Not applicable as this entity is an new incorporation. Promoters/ promoter group/ group companies are not interested in the transaction.
3.	Industry to which the entity being acquired belongs	Trading/ Marketing of Pharmaceutical products.

Strides Group has a diverse portfolio of products across various therapeutic categories, which are fungible to be commercialized in several regions/ markets. Strides New Zealand was incorporated to leverage the existing product portfolio from US, UK, Australia and other regulated markets to register and sell these products in New Zealand; and to have a local presence to ensure seamless interactions with the Government for participating in local tenders amongst other activities.
