Sub: Update on partial redemption of Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures

Ref: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This has reference to our intimation of September 6, 2024, wherein Company had informed that it had partially redeemed Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 74 Crores (out of Rs. 125 Crores NCDs issued on a private place basis).

We wish to further update you that the Company has further redeemed Rs. 26.80 Crores NCDs along with applicable coupon/ interest rate.

Consequent to the above, outstanding NCDs as at date stands at Rs. 24.20 Crores (242 NCDs of face value of Rs. 10 lacs each).
