Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e., on Thursday, May 22, 2025, have approved the appointment of M/s. V Sreedharan and Associates, a Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretaries, Bengaluru (Firm Registration No.: P1985KR14800), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY26 upto FY30, subject to approval of Shareholders’ of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
