We wish to inform you that Ms. Surabhi Loshali, Group CHRO of the Company, has resigned from Strides to pursue her personal and professional aspirations. Her last working day with Strides shall be closing business hours of January 2, 2026.

Surabhi has been associated with Strides over 5 years and assumed the role of Group CHRO effective June 1, 2024. Management places on record its appreciation for her valuable contributions and leadership during her tenure with the Company.

Surabhi’s resignation letter along with disclosures in the prescribed format is enclosed as an Annexure to this communication.

Re: Appointment of Executive VP - HR

Further, we are pleased to inform you that Ms. Nandini Matiyani has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Human Resources at the Company effective December 1, 2025.

Nandini is a HR leader with over 20 years of experience in driving people strategy and building highperformance cultures across multinational enterprises and publicly listed technology organizations. She brings expertise in areas such as people strategy, digital transformation, leadership succession, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, change management, diversity and inclusion, and HR technology and analytics.

As discussed, I hereby submit my formal resignation from the position of CHRO of Strides, and my last working day at Strides will be Friday, 2nd January 2026.

This decision has not been easy. However, the opportunity is such that it will help me grow professionally and will be more aligned to my personal needs. I am committed to ensuring transition during the notice period and assisting the Board and management in facilitating a seamless handover of duties and ongoing HR initiatives.
