This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 to consider and approve inter alia unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019.

Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for designated persons of the Company is already closed from Wednesday, January 1, 2020 to Sunday, February 2, 2020 (both days inclusive).
