This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 to consider and approve inter alia:

• a) unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.

• b) declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.

Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for designated employees of the Company is closed from Monday, July 1, 2019 to Wednesday, July 31, 2019 (both days inclusive).
