It is with sincere regret that the Board of Directors (Board) of Strides Pharma Science Limited (Strides or Company) inform that Ms. Sangita Reddy (Sangita) will step-down as an Independent Director of the Company.
Inspite of Sangita’s pre-occupation as a successful entrepreneur, she contributed significantly to the Company’s growth, particularly when the Company was resetting its Strategy. She was always available to the Board for any guidance. The Board acknowledges Sangita’s valuable contributions to the Company.
In view of her vast corporate experience, the Board has requested Sangita to consider the role of a strategic board advisor so that the Board continues to benefit from her expertise.
Sangita was appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a period of five years at the 23[rd] Annual General Meeting held on September 9, 2014.
