• 5) The facility for voting through electronic voting system (lnsta Voting) shall also be made available at the meeting and the members attending the .AGM who have not already cast their vote by remote e-voting shall be able to exerc�se their vote at the AGM through lnsta Voting.

• In case of any technical failure or eventuality resulting into non-functionality of the lnsta Voting system at the meeting, Members would be provided the balllol paper for casting their votes at the meeting.
