This is to inform you that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at 12:15 hrs at Hotel Four Points by Sheraton, Plot No. 39/1, 6 to 15, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 701.

Further, please be informed that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, September 15, 2018 to Monday, September 24, 2018 (both days inclusive), in connection with the ensuing AGM and for the purpose ascertaining eligibility for the payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, if declared and approved by the Members.

Cut off Date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Dividend of Rs. 2/per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each is Friday, September 14, 2018.
