Notice under section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Streamplay Studio Limited (“ Streamplay ” or the “ Company ”) ( ASX:SP8 ) (ACN 004 766 376) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act). Streamplay advises that, as detailed in the Appendix 2A announcement dated today, 3 November 2023, it has completed the issue of 12,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in relation to employees and consultants of Streamplay in lieu of salaries, fees and bonuses to recognise achievements and further align these important team members with the long term interests of the Company.

In accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Act, the following information is provided:

the Shares were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;
as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:
- a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
- b. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and
as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
