Notification of Release of Securities from Escrow
Emerge Gaming Limited (Emerge, or the Company) advises that the following securities will be released from escrow on 18 April 2020 in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A.

The above securities were subject to a 24 months escrow period from the official listing date being 18 April 2018. The shareholders to which these shares relate are considered long-term investors in the Company. Whilst the Company cannot predict the investment decisions of the individual shareholders, it has been confirmed by a majority of these holders that they have no intention of divesting post escrow.
Emerge will apply for quotation of the 188,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares following release from escrow in accordance with ASX Listing Rules. The Class A Performance Shares will also convert to ordinary Shares on 18 April 2020 in accordance with the terms of their issue.
