REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1, “the Company”) refers to its suspension request of 3 December 2021. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension of the voluntary suspension.

The suspension is requested pending release of a clarifying announcement in relation to MIGGSTER and MIGGSTER Plus and an update on the divestment of the Company’s interest in the MIGGSTER platform. The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement to the market regarding the above or the commencement of trading on Thursday, 9 December 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the suspension should not be granted.
