DELISTING FROM BERLIN STOCK EXCHANGE
Gippsland Limited ("Gippsland" or "the Company"), advises that today a formal demand letter was sent to the Berlin Stock Exchange ("BER") requesting that the BER de-lists the Company's shares, since the listing occurred without the consent or approval of Gippsland Directors.
The above action is consistent with the approach taken by a number of US and UK companies which have also been listed on the BER without their consent.
