Emerge Board signals confidence in global strategy with significant Options exercise

Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) (“Emerge” or the “Company” ) is pleased to advise that the Emerge Board Directors have each exercised their respective holdings in EM1O options (“Options”).

CEO Mr Gregory Stevens, Chair Mr Bert Mondello and Non-Executive Director Mr Jonathan Hart have exercised a combined 42,371,515 Options for a total investment of AUD$847,430 into the Company.

This investment is in addition to commitments for 237,091,175 Options secured with an underwriting agreement (ASX: 12 March 2021), which will raise up to ~$4,741,823.

Mr Gregory Stevens as the sole Executive Director on the Board has exercised 17,852,765 Options for an investment of AUD$357,055. This investment by Mr Stevens as the CEO of the Company is a demonstration of his confidence and commitment to Emerge’s vision and future shareholder value.

Change of Director Interest Notices and results from the Options underwriting will be announced in due course.
